  I read a huge amount of the reviews before ordering and was skeptical about ordering simply as a result of negative feedback on the health of that due to shipping. We ordered four. They came in two boxes. All the metal was wrapped, so there was no chance of anything getting scratched. The seats were in another box inside the box. The hardware was mounted on the items. I had been happy with the health of the product when it arrived. Really the only drawback is there are no assembly instructions. But just a little common sense tells you where you can put the 8 screws. Easy assembly. I used to be afraid the seat upholstery might look cheap, but I like it. The chairs are comfortable and look great. This is a GREAT purchase for the purchase price! Pros: The price is great. Quality of product is exceptional. Cons: No cons

  it was a beautiful dining collection. We had a difficult time assembling the chairs and wayfair had to mail a technician out to figure it out and I'll say that Wayfair's customer service was very supportive and useful. overall, it had been a great dining set.

    Great value, beautiful workmanship, simply perfect for my room. Ordered as a mixture storage piece, filler for a big room and use at the end of my sofa. Color is really as shown online - not distressed or "Shabby Elegance" but instead a rich deep black finish which is even and glossy. Glas shelves are thick and smooth on the edges and match backets that hold them securely. All the hardware lines up and is a superb combo of modern and classic. Found its way to two large flat boxes, with plenty of padding and protection for the painted surfaces. Arrived promptly with tracking available anytime I needed to be sure of it. Easy to assemble with the included instructions - all the fasteners were bagged and marked and each piece was labeled. Instructions included pictures and words which were easy to comprehend. I would recommend this piece to anyone.

      Excellent set BUT it's very difficult to get something like this without it being damaged. I must give Wayfair 5 stars as the first place I ordered came therefore damaged that we couldn't put it collectively at all. The seats were in great condition. I called Wayfair & 2 times received a whole new set. The table has 1 little i'm all over this one corner that's bent just a little I figure the shipping enterprise dropped it on that corner. Really beautiful set!!

        I like the stools a lot. I imagined they would be a hard plastic, but they are alternatively a softer pliable plastic material. It will be nice if the seat swiveled. The four leg basic extends out quite far therefore the chairs take up considerably more floor space than would seem to be required. We were admiring them even more until my oldest child dissented. He said it appears like a McDonalds seat. “Personally i think like I should order a Happy Meal if I remain there." He pulled up a image of the seats in McDonalds the resemblance was undeniable. However, if there is a similarity, they happen to be hugely successful brand and did not select those chairs for nothing at all. The feces are comfortable, kitschy, but stylish. They could look 'cheap' to some people but, if you ask me 'fun' might be an improved word. Assembly had not been bad, just have to invest some time and proceed step-by-step.
